Our story

We are a small team of product managers and engineers who have come together with a shared aspiration for saving the world from the boring, hard-to-remember, tree-killing paper business cards.

We have been to trade shows and meetings and felt like idiots when we didn't have a business card to share. We either forgot to print them before the event, or forgot to bring them with us, or forgot to bring enough with us.

Instead of accepting our fate and carrying loads of business cards next time, we thought there must be a better way. We asked many others "how do you manage this". We were surprised to learn that everyone, including business veterans, had been caught unaware many times without a business card just at the right (or wrong?) time in their professional career. And they too, like us, have felt like idiots.

That learning set us on the path of creating the modern business card - Kardable.
